Substitute Custodian

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school graduate.
2. Physical ability to lift maximum allowable weight on a daily basis.
3. Work experience or training in building maintenance trades.
4. Must have established a reputation for being honest, trustworthy and of high moral character.
5. Mentally alert, ambitious and capable of carrying out day-to-day work assignments.
6. Presents a neat appearance, well groomed, clean and appropriate clothing.
7. Capable of getting along with co-workers and supervisors and be able to meet others in a courteous, friendly and helpful manner.
8. Capable of getting written directions and literature in the field with understanding, and be able to express himself/herself clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
9. Good attendance and punctuality record in previous job or educational experience.
10. Must pass criminal background check as required by School Safety Legislation.

  SALARY: Minimum:  $14.00 per hour

  WORK YEAR:  This is an at-will on-call position.

  WORK LOCATION:  Various locations throughout the Macomb Intermediate School District
